My wife and I adopted ...I couldn't agree more. My wife and I adopted internationally to avoid some of the headaches, but it was horribly expensive. About the time I got my finances in order, I had an involuntary career change and am just now getting back on my feet financially. <br /><br />My wife and I would like to adopt again, and my son has been asking when he's going to get a brother for a number of years now. I'm not sure when that's going to happen.<br /><br />I wish the system were set up more with the best interests of the children in mind.
